We all make decisions on a daily basis.  Many times we need a sounding board that has a neutral ear.  Someone who can help us figure out what we need to do in order to move forward toward our desired outcome.

Who is Dr. Sonya

Dr. Sonya has 30 plus years of relationship mentoring and with this experience comes patience and wisdom.  Skills and experience are compiled by entrepreneurial, private, and government professional working environments. Knowledge stems from formal education and the willingness to serve others through innate talents and gifts. Married 30 years with two daughters and working in all environments attest to her experience and wisdom.  Formal education includes:

AAS – Electronic Data Processing, CDA – Child Development, BA – Organizational Psychology and Development, MBA – Human Resource Management hD – Risk Management, PMP – Project Management Professional, LS – Lean/Sigma certification, and CLC – Life Coach Certification.  Serving others has led to many volunteer leader opportunities including Girl Scouts, Cheer Coach, APICS (The Association for Operations Management), PMI (Project Management Institute), Big Brothers Big Sister Organization, and local church activities.
