Kiera DesChamps is a Certified Professional Life Coach with a Master's of Arts degree in Professional Counseling. She is the Program Head of the Human Services Department at Montgomery Community College in Troy, North Carolina. She teaches the Human Services Technology Associate's Degree program courses including: Group Counseling, Substance Abuse, Crisis Intervention, and Children & Adolescents in Crisis.
Coach Kiera has over a 15 years of experience working with adolescents and adults in a counseling and therapeutic environment. She has directed therapeutic residential treatment programs, lead women's support groups, couples counseling, trained employees in organizational leadership and supervisory skills, and parenting groups.
Coach Kiera specializes in empowering women, teaching adolescents parenting skills, cultivating career planning, organizational development and leadership, and managing employees.
