About Jeff

As a personal development coach, I mentor, empower, and motivate individuals to achieve balance and help them discover their passion and purpose in life.  I help clients identify and articulate their goals and dreams, develop strategies to overcome roadblocks, identify and eliminate limiting beliefs, be accountable to their dreams, and step outside of their comfort zones to achieve these goals.

I started my career as a high school teacher and coach. Building successful teams and helping individuals reach their personal and professional goals is very rewarding to me.  I learned that people need encouragement, need someone to believe in them, mentor them, and motivate them so they have confidence in themselves to be successful.  Vince Lombardi said “Coaches who can outline plays on a black board are a dime a dozen.  The ones who win get inside their player and motivate.

After spending twelve years in education I started my business career in sales and management.  Being an independent sales contractor taught me the importance of setting goals, having a plan of attack, and then how to focus and follow through with my plan each day.  As my career continued into management my management style complimented my coaching style.  I believe you have to find out what people want to achieve, what is important to them, what are their needs, and then help them achieve what they want in life.  You do this by asking questions and being a good listener.  This is all about them, not me.
