Sarah Bamford Seidelmann, MD, CPC
Board Certified Surgical Pathologist and Certified Professional Coach
Sarah Seidelmann began her career as a Surgical Pathologist after graduating from the University of Minnesota, but she found that practicing medicine was not fulfilling certain inner longings. She took a six-month sabbatical and found herself frequently venturing into the deep woods, where she was able to re-awaken her deep connection with nature. Recognizing a strong desire to help others forge a deep and satisfying connection to the Earth, Sarah trained to be a life coach with Martha Beck, a former Harvard Professor who writes the Life Coach Monthly piece for O: The Oprah Magazine, then embarked upon a full time career as a speaker, teacher and coach.
Sarah is the creator of FollowYourFeelGood.com and adores coaching clients who want to inspire the world using their unique creativity. She works with Animal Totems and other Shamanism based tools to help others re-discover their own “feel good” and follow it. Sarah is also the co‐creator of JoyJuncket.com, a site created to inspire people to discover more joy through exploring personal style, interior design and spiritual growth. Sarah is a featured coach and teacher at Good Vibe University, and participates in a podcast with fellow coach Tami McCall about personal transformation called Squirrel! Radio-on iTunes.
Sarah has four children with her husband Mark Seidelmann, a physician, and the family enjoys traveling to far-flung locales like South Africa to explore the natural world. Sarah has also been known to dance at the drop of a hat. What the Walrus Knows, is her first published book.
