Being in the helping field for approximately 20 years. I have decided to add a quick and effective approach to assist persons in successfully reaching their ultimate goals and dreams in life!
After completing 3 years of community college in social work, I earned a degree in sociology. Upgrading my education is a life long goal that I have set for myself, and I have now completed certification as a “ Certified Professional Life & Spiritual Coach.”
Life Coaching is a profession that will offer you support and motivation to live out your dreams to your fullest potential.
It is a completely different approach from counselling, consulting, or mentoring. The coaching approach will assist you in discovering and addressing your specific personal goals and desires. You will recognize and understand our underlying belief systems in order to make a positive change. This approach has proven to be a success full tool, which will address areas of life such as;
RELATIONSHIPS; HEALTH & WELLNESS; SPIRITUAL; EMOTIONAL; BUSINESS, AND GENERAL OVERALL LIFE GOALS
Coaching is completed on a weekly basis via phone or internet. I will offer you:
· 60-90 minute consultation to complete the “Profile/Interview Sheet.”
· Deliver a personalized vision statement
· A weekly phone call per week until goals and dreams are completed
· E-mail contacts throughout this process
As a professional coach, my belief is that each individual has the answers to ALL questions, and barriers that you are encountering, while holding you accountable to achieve their goals. Well, I have great news…this can change…NOW…TODAY! The
coaching profession is designed to assist by motivating and empowering persons to find the right answer and to move in the right direction best suited for them.
