Rick Offers 22 years of experience, specializing in undercover investigations, criminal investigations, personnel development and training. He sets high standards and caoches others to consistently achieve and promote exceptional performance.

LEADERSHIP AND TRAINING: Rick has developed management strategies, processes and provided guidance related to workforce planning, leadership, efficiency, evaluation and development. 

Rick is able to adjust to foreign cultures utilizing high levels of diplomatic expertise.  He has a great deal of experience in foreign travel.  Have conducted and coordinated training in Canada, Cambodia, South Africa, and Brazil, and designed and facilitated training at the International Law Enforcement Academies in Bangkok, Thailand, and Gaborone, Botswana
