There are no magic bullets in real estate or life ~ you are your magic bullet!
It’s time to stop looking for the “next magical real estate program or system” and realize that what is perfect for you, and is probably not perfect for the person sitting next to you, is uniquely within you ~ it’s in your DNA. Listen, you’re 99% more likely to take action on what is uniquely right for you, than to go out and knock on doors for 6 hours a day, or cold call on the telephone with scripts that can’t even roll off your tongue smoothly . Now don’t get me wrong, persistence with either of these activities will make you a massive amount of money as a REALTOR®, but most people would choose poverty over cold calls or knocking on cold doors.
The huge dropout rate amongst REALTORS® is due to the fact that agents are being told what to do, largely by people that aren’t doing it, maybe have never done it, or haven’t done it for years, and it just doesn’t feel right.

Being a successful REALTOR® is as much about living a balanced life as anything ~ My first year in Residential Real Estate Sales in 1991 I made 100,000.00 and at the end of the year I had nothing!
Last year, I made over $600,000.00 as a REALTOR® in residential real estate sales, and didn’t list one home or have one buyer in my car. Now I could package this system and go out and hawk it to REALTORS® all over the nation… why won’t I? Because, it’s a disservice to charge thousands for a program that 99% will never use follow or take action on, because it is not who they are.
You’ve heard it said before “Do what you love, and the money will follow”, most of us truly love the real estate business; working with clients, helping families relocate, showing homes, selling homes ~ the thing we don’t like is having to prospect to find buyers and sellers, doing things that aren’t natural to us.
