I currently reside in Forked River, NJ.  I was married in 1972 to my high school sweetheart.  We have two beautiful children and one grandson.  After 10 years of marriage we felt called to go to bible school.  So in 1982 we moved to Broken Arrow, OK.

and we both attended Rhema Bible Training Center.  In 1990 we moved back to NJ and began pastoring a church.  I co-pastored along side my husband for 20 years.  This past June we left the pastorate and my husband and I have been traveling all
throughout the US speaking in churches and conferences.

Because of my background I have a passion to help people overcome self-limiting beliefs that block their success.  I believe as women we have the power within us to achieve winning results in every area of our lives. My true passion is to be the best
coach I can be so I can empower other men and women to step into their greatness, maximize their potential, and win in life!!

I have known Carol for 9 years.  She is not only my Pastor, she has become my close friend and Coach.  From the day I met her, she has motivated me to let go of the things that were dragging me down.  She relentlessly stands firm in her beliefs. Everything she has been through in life and what she has learned as a result from it, she imparts to others. She showed me that the battle is in our minds.

Carol's motto is "Change your thinking, change your life".  She has always urged me to be the best I can be and to expect and receive the best.  She has always seen the potential in me and others, she encourages us to stay focused and to step out into what God and life have for us.

I firmly believe that Carol has been practicing to be a Life Coach for many years.  She has coached and encouraged many over the yeays.  She doesn't judge, she listens and looks for your potential to move forward.  I believe she has chosen the right career, she is a great Coach!!

Having sat under the leadership and coaching of Carol Pandola for the last nine years I have come to be increasingly confident in her skills as a personal Life Coach.
