I believe that each one of us is called to overcome our problems and live a triumphant abundant life, and part of that process is connecting with your Higher Power or Source. However, many people are struggling with limiting beliefs about God or their Higher Power that they learned in childhood.

The process of working with a Spiritual Life Coach will enable you to identify the limiting beliefs you have about God and help you to connect with the loving, benevolent and faithful God that I have come to know from my personal life experiences. The clients I work with come from many different religions and I respect their personal spiritual beliefs and practices.

You are capable of developing a uniquely intimate and personal relationship with the God of your understanding and this deep loving relationship will transform your life from the inside out. I will help you create a spiritual plan which is the basis of my spiritual coaching so that you can achieve your goals in all areas of your life. I will teach you how to connect with God through prayer, meditation, journaling and other spiritual practices.

I wrote a book called, Simply a Woman of Faith: How to Live in Spiritual Power and Transform Your Life. I have personally navigated through great difficulties and adversities in my life and have come to know the transformative power of God’s love and grace. My faith has helped me overcome childhood sexual abuse, trauma, parental addictions, a painful divorce after 30 years, the loss of a business, which led to near bankruptcy, and the death of many loved ones.

One of my greatest gifts I can offer you is my own personal story of faith and transformation. I myself was raised in a conservative religion that taught me to fear God and doubt that I was worthy of God's love. I have spent the last 40 years on a spiritual journey which has enabled me to release these limiting beliefs and develop a personal and intimate relationship with God. For as long as I can remember, friends have commented “You are the most faithful person I know and I have never met anyone with such great faith.” I will be humbled and honored to share this gift with you.
