As women, we are constantly pulled in multiple directions - work, friends, family, significant others, deadlines, appointments, etc. etc. etc. Often times, we are so caught up in where we HAVE to be, what we HAVE to do, how we HAVE to look, how we HAVE to act, that we almost ignore our own individuality and our own needs, wants, goals, and dreams. Are you having a hard time balancing work and play? Is it difficult for you to say "no" to others? Feeling like you're lacking self-esteem? Feeling like you're not good enough? Or is something "stuck" inside of you, a goal or a dream, that you want to activate and realize? As a life coach, my passion is motivating women to live the life they've always dreamed - to do what you want, when you want it, and for the right reasons. I encourage my clients to dig deep to discover why they feel they HAVE to do certain things and what obstacles are stopping them from doing what they WANT. I also help map out their goals and dreams and create a concrete path towards achieving them. I encourage women to Step It Up, and reclaim control over their lives, because if you won't who will?
