About Cynthia

I began this path, working with people over 20 years ago. It didn't begin as a coach, but as a personal confidant. While that isn't a professional title, it was a natural occurrence.

From youth, people have always gravitated to me, and I was often in a state of what I termed, 'secret overload'.  My friends looked to me for guidance, so they would never go too far out of control.

As an adult, trying to find my own purpose, I didn’t realize I was already walking in it. I remember talking to a very close friend and being told, “you were created to tell people what to do”. I looked at him, stunned by the comment. He explained that people come to me, expecting me to have the answers to help them make decisions.

For years I continued on that path with a lot of friends, co-workers, family, etc. Years later, I discovered that it was not me that had the answers, but that each person I worked with already had their answers within them. I discovered my purpose is to help others discover their purpose. I learned, along my path of becoming a Certified Mentor, obtaining a BS in Social and Behavioral Science, training as a Christian Counselor, and my Certified Professional Coach training, how to help people discover the path to their own purpose and the success they would realize by living their purpose. I believe everyone was created with a specific purpose just for them. I want everyone to discover their purpose, because the ultimate life’s success is to achieve your purpose.
