Our vision is to be seen as a world-class e-mentoring/e-coaching company by providing superior service to teens and young adults for preparation in the marketplace using tools, skills and other resources.

We cater to junior/seniors in high school and all collegiate. Our mission is for every young person to have access to not only information which will help them achieve success in the marketplace but also the ability to have a coach/mentor to motive them concerning their working lives. The program consists of 15 modules. The modules have activities so the student can practice or get an idea of how this skill may apply in the marketplace. They can blog, have access to a forum, live chat, emails and one-on-one on the phone. Everything is done online at the student pace, therefore creating a more comfortable and familiar environment for them.

An illyonaire is a young person who prepares for the job market using skills, resources and tools. Do you know a teen or young adult who needs this service? Do you want them ahead of the pack when employers are looking for that extra something in a potential candidate? What college would not want an illyonaire amongst their student body? Give them the self-esteem they need now. We give them a coach for basketball, hockey and dance, why not for something that will sustain them for the rest of their lives?
