After spending over 10 years starting and running several small businesses Larry was offered the franchise rights for Dale Carnegie training in the country of Portugal.  With a sense of adventure and with a very supportive wife they moved to Portugal and helped the Portuguese win friends and influence people for the next three years.  Larry and his wife returned from Portugal to run the Dale Carnegie Utah franchise for 7 more years.    Larry was offered an opportunity to work with a multi-billion dollar corporation in the retail industry where he helped develop leadership training and became certified in the Franklin Covey 7 Habit for Managers program.

Working with these world class organizations and becoming a Certified Professional Coach has made Larry a sought after speaker, trainer and coach.
