Leilani has always been passionate about being of service to society and most of all about seeing others succeed and make the most of their lives. This passion is what enabled her to confidently choose her fields of work (coaching, training, and NGO management) early on in life. She bravely decided at a young age to learn how to face uncertainty and change by deciding to live in Turkey, a country so vastly different from
her own. Adapting to a new country and culture and learning a new language was one of the greatest challenges she faced, and yet after 6 years she can now confidently say she feels at home in and is in love with Turkey. She has chosen transitional and adaptation coaching as a niche because of her desire to support others that might be facing similar challenges or changes in their lives. It is easy to see her enthusiasm, passion for excellence, determination and empathy for others in her coaching profession and in her life choices.

Sometimes you have a feeling of where you want to go, but can’t wrap it into words that make any sense. I threw this mess of feelings, emotions and rather sad attempts to explain this situation at Leilani.
