Sharon K. Ray, CPC, is a Certified Coach who specializes in helping individuals and organizations successfully navigate transitions, be they personal life-stage transitions or business life-cycle transitions. She helps her clients progress from “where they are” to “where they want to be” by helping them discover and create the best version of “what’s next.” Identifying and clarifying goals, building customized action plans to realize those goals and collaborating in the successful realization of those goals, thereby creating sustainable results, is what Sharon delivers for each of her clients.

About Sharon
Sharon holds a degree in Psychology and, prior to founding her coaching practice, headed her own consumer insights and communications consultancy for 30 years. Sharon provided qualitative research expertise and advice to an array of Fortune 500 companies including Quaker Oats, Unilever and McDonald's and coached them in the articulation, development and execution of their communication goals and strategies.
Sharon is the author of "Mourning Storm: Weathering the First Year of Widowhood," due out in Fall 2010. She is a veteran speaker and group facilitator and has conducted workshops on the challenges and opportunities in life-stage transitioning. She is a member of several professional organizations, is listed in “Who’s Who of American Women” and received the Maurice H. Needham Award in communications. She is also the mother of an adult son.
