Aspects of Transpersonal, Transitional, and Leadership Coaching
Transpersonal Coaching: My focus is on the mind, body, spirit connection within each individual. Both physical and spiritual concepts are explored, bringing into light how the individual fits within the whole. This may include exploration of a client's views of the world beyond consciousness.
"...and what came before that?"
Coach Glen R. Harris
Transitional Coaching: I deal with issues and concerns relevant to motivating clients to aspire to greater challenges to move toward a higher sense of self worth and self esteem.
"We cannot become what we need to be, by remaining what we are." Max DePree
Leadership Coaching: My emphasis is on assisting coaches, managers, and executives in developing tools and skills to direct a team or group of individuals toward unified goals, through use of intuition, inspiration and motivation.
"Look for the ability, not at the disability." Coach Glen R. Harris
