About Karen St. Hilaire, M.S., CPC 

Karen St. Hilaire is a social entrepreneur, adjunct lecturer, motivational speaker and empowerment coach.

Ms. St. Hilaire has worked tirelessly to affect social change in Brooklyn and now she is setting the stage for her greatest accomplishments to date, as the Founder/President of Kadence.

Kadence was founded to help professional women climb to the highest levels of success in their personal and professional lives. Through the organization, Ms. St. Hilaire hosts uplifting workshops that provide wisdom and concrete steps for women to achieve their respective goals. She also provides group and one-on-one career and empowerment coaching to men and women.

Ms. St. Hilaire strives to motivate and empower every individual that she meets. Every time someone whispers in her ear- "Karen, you've pushed me and I did it- I WON," that is a blessing and reassurance for her to keep pushing forward.

Ms. St. Hilaire received her undergraduate degree in Legal Studies from John Jay College of Criminal Justice and a Masters degree in Urban Affairs from Hunter College. She is certified in Board Training from the United Way Linkages Program as well Campaign Management training from the Women's Campaign School at Yale University. She is a Certified Professional Coach. She is the recipient of the Women of Distinction Award from Boys and Girls High School, Brooklyn, NY for her work in the community. Ms. St. Hilaire is an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated.
